Mao Ou perforating has greatly diversified the design of perforated plastic retort separator sheets,the retort separator sheets are mainly made in perforated polypropylene sheet and polyethylene sheet. They are used as layer pads in the autoclaves for food and drink sterilization.

Different customers has different design for the perforated plastic retort separator sheets,some of them are fully perforated to achieve certain open rate,some of the sheets are partly perforated to leave certain margin to make it easier to be lift up. Our company always try its best to make the special program to perforate the special design. 

Most of the retort separator sheets are square or rectangle, and there is also round shape for the autoclave,the round separator sheets takes longer time than the square and rectangle to be made. About more than 90% of the retort separator sheets are with round holes and sometimes, slotted or square holes are needed, it is decided by customers.
